Get to know the founders of Tiny Kalijira!

Tonu is a creative entrepreneur with a designer clothing company based in Dhaka. Vinay has always aspired to use the skills he acquired in his wide-ranging corporate career to build his own business. When they met in 2016, Tonu shared her dream of importing the best rice in the world from Bangladesh to the United States. They quickly fell in love, and as their relationship blossomed, so did their plans to start a rice company. In one giant leap of faith, Tonu and Vinay left their life in New Jersey and travelled to Bangladesh to start a marriage, create a business, and travel throughout Southeast Asia.  Today, they are back in the United States and working hard to bring the best rice in the world to food lovers across the country.
